East Bay Rowing offers Adult Indoor Rowing Classes from December until March. Classes are offered on weekday and weekend mornings. Private classes can also be set up depending on the schedule of the indoor facility.
Why row on the ergs? Erging is one of the best workouts for overall strength, cardio fitness, posture, and pure sweat! And doing it with others makes it more fun. Come and try a class.
Our adult classes can train to compete in the Crash B’s indoor rowing competition in Boston. Rowers from 10 to 90 compete in their age groups. It gives you something to train for during our long cold winters.
